Welcome to Humberside Animal Rescue Association (H.A.R.A) website.

Our Animal Sanctuary is closed to the general public.

Most of those working at HARA are volunteers. They help in maintaining the health and welfare of all our animals.

Our website is not perfect as we are constantly told; however, we are striving to improve the quality on a regular basis. To go to a page of your choice, just click on one of the many blue links.

We try to update our website a least once a week and more if possible. During this time, some of our animals that you see may have been re-homed between updates. Our ‘Extra Page and News Items’ section, has important links that may need your urgent attention of last minute events.

Pictures are saved on our website in medium quality mode so that they load reasonably quickly. Different broadband speeds and that of your computer’s processor will effect the time is takes for them to appear on your monitor. Special photographic effects have been kept to the minimum for optimum display speed time.

It is, and always has been a policy of HARA not to put any animal to sleep, unless our registered Veterinary Surgeon recommends it on compassionate grounds. Late stages of a terminal illness ETC.

Church Farm, North Killingholme, North Lincolnshire, DN40 3JW.

Due to the imminent sale of our Animal Sanctuary, all our animals have now been rehomed.

Pictures will be changed from time to time..

The assets (sanctuary site) of Humberside Animal Rescue Association, is to be sold by Browns & Co the commercial estates agent of Brigg soon (late July). There will be a reserve price. More details to follow.

Many animals have been rescued, saved and given new loving homes, over the last 27 years thanks to you the public.

Please be kind to those who love you most.
