We adopted our dog HONEY from you a few years ago.
She was called lassey at the time and she was only 6 months old. she is now our little baby and we treat her like a princess.
Honey is the most perfect dog, and we love her to bits.
In this picture sent in by her owner, we can see her curled up in her bed.

PHOENIX
PHOENIX
I just wanted to send you a picture of my mum's beautiful cat Phoenix. We adopted her from you about a year ago.
She was very nervous when we first got her, and hid behind the toilet in the bathroom for about a week. But after that she settled straight in.
Neighbours comment on what a beautiful cat she is. She is really loving and contented, and definitely part of the family, she rules the roost! Thank you for all your hard work. Without you we would be one family member short.
Yogi's Story
The three pictures below show just how an animal can be with that little bit of care and attention.
It is thanks to people like Damien and you, that these animals have a new lease of life, and the pictures show just how contented they are.
Hi, thought I would send in some pictures of Yogi! He's been with us several months now and has settled in well.
He did his training classes at Grimsby College and received his certificate (Which he chewed up when the postman delivered it, hah!)
He really enjoyed all the flooding so he could splash about on his walks... very much a water loving dog. Thank you all for rescuing him!
Damien.
Milly's Story
Here is a heart warming story that makes all the efforts of our little Sanctuary worth while, and one I think you will enjoy reading.
It is always nice to report follow-ups of animals that have left our Sanctuary for new and loving homes. Without your help, this would not be possible.
Milly, formally known as Sheba is looking very well and in good shape with its new owners.
We adopted Sheba (now known as Milly), an 8 month old German Shepherd early in September, and she is just the most wonderful dog!
We have had terrible trouble with her chewing things up (she particularly likes leather); having destroyed 2 sofas and many pairs of shoes, but we just look at her beautiful face and all is forgiven!
She hates being on the lead, and screams and shouts at other dogs on leads, but is getting better every day, with every walk (and a halt!). She loves her long walks in the countryside, and is now a very well travelled dog (the picture was taken in the New Forest).
She really is the most loving dog, and gives wonderful cuddles! Everyone who meets her thinks she's adorable, and can't believe she came from a rescue home.
